Shipping & Returns.

Every Barbara Rizzi order is prepared by hand in our Milan atelier.

Free shipping on all orders over €500 within Italy and the EU. Each order is carefully packaged in our signature BR packaging.

Delivery times are estimates and start from dispatch. Orders placed before 12:00 CET are typically dispatched the same business day. Made-to-order pieces require 3–4 weeks of production before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

Returns

We want you to love your Barbara Rizzi piece. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original BR packaging.
  • Made-to-order, personalised and sale items cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, accessories (jewellery, scarves) cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, email us at sales@barbararizzi.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 14 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
