Shipping & Returns

Every Barbara Rizzi order is prepared by hand in our Milan atelier.

Delivery Times

All delivery estimates are specified on each product page. Pre-order items require a production period of approximately 7–10 business days or up to 30 days, depending on the item. After production, orders are dispatched worldwide via DHL Express door-to-door service, with an estimated shipping time of 2-3 business days.

Order Tracking

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Returns

We want you to love your Barbara Rizzi piece. If you are not satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original BR packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, accessories (jewellery, scarves) cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, email us at sales@barbararizzi.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
