Delivery Times & Costs

All shipments are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Duties and import taxes may apply for non-EU destinations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Barbara Rizzi piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

• Made-to-order and personalised pieces
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
• Items without original tags

How to Return

1. Email sales@barbararizzi.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days
3. Pack the item securely and ship it to our Milan atelier
4. Refund processed within 14 days of receiving the item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
