Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Nexi.
In which currency are prices shown, and do they include tax?
All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT for orders within the European Union. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating a "My Account" simply lets you follow your orders and save your details for next time.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We prepare and dispatch orders quickly. If you need to make a change, write to sales@barbararizzi.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.
Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
We ship worldwide, and shipping is complimentary on every order — with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days via DHL Express, door-to-door. Times start from dispatch and may vary slightly with customs procedures.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied, you may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned in their original BR packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email sales@barbararizzi.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you a return authorisation with instructions.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
For a different size, we recommend returning your item within 14 days and placing a new order — shipping is always complimentary. If you'd like help, simply contact us and our team will assist.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Are there items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, accessories such as jewellery and scarves cannot be returned.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
What sizing do you use?
Barbara Rizzi follows Italian sizing. You'll find a full conversion chart (IT, EU, UK, US, FR, DE) with measurements on our Size Guide.
I'm between sizes — what should I do?
As our pieces are crafted by hand, sizes may vary slightly between collections; when in doubt, we recommend sizing up. For personalised advice, write to sales@barbararizzi.com or message us on WhatsApp.
How do I measure myself?
Measure your bust at the fullest point, your waist at its narrowest, and your hips at the fullest part — keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Full guidance is on our Size Guide.
Where are your pieces made?
Every Barbara Rizzi piece is designed and crafted by hand in our Milan atelier — 100% Made in Italy.
Do you offer made-to-measure?
Yes. For selected pieces we offer a personalised made-to-measure service, with a production time of around 3–4 weeks. Contact us to enquire.
Can I book a private appointment or visit a showroom?
We welcome private appointments at our showrooms. Contact us to arrange your visit.
