Returns are limited to the below criteria only:
(i) Product Defect: Fill “Exchange & Returns” form. Claim must be submitted upon delivery. Claim will be reviewed, and Product must be verified as defected by a representative of the Company. Return approval will be sent by email.
(ii) Lost Shipment: Shipment tracking must be confirmed by the shipping company that the parcel is lost.
(iii) Wrong Product: Product received that does not match with the initial order and is not available in stock.
All exchanges are subject to availability of the new Product requested. Products may be exchanged only once.
It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange the same item for a different color or different item altogether. Customized (made to measure), pre-ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If any of the above cases mentioned apply, you may return or exchange the product(s) within seven (7) calendar days starting from the day of receipt of the product(s), by sending an email at sales@barbararizzi.com.

Unfortunately, orders can’t be cancelled after confirmation.
Barbara Rizzi offers complimentary express shipping for all orders. An order will take up to 48 hours to process before it is dispatched from the warehouse. Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent to the purchaser containing a tracking number.
Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes.
