1. About Us
This website is operated by RIVAIR S.r.l., Via I Maggio 12, 24040 Canonica d’Adda (BG), Italy. VAT IT04093500164. By using barbararizzi.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
All products are handcrafted in Italy. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. Sizes follow Italian sizing conventions — please consult our Size Chart before ordering. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders & Pricing
Prices are shown in EUR and include Italian VAT (22%). By completing checkout you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer, processed securely via Nexi XPay. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. For bank transfer orders, dispatch occurs upon cleared funds.
5. Shipping
Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full delivery times and costs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items in original packaging. Made-to-order and personalised pieces are non-returnable under Art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, text, design, trademarks) is the property of RIVAIR S.r.l. or its licensors. No content may be reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIVAIR S.r.l. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
