We hope that the ordered products meet your satisfaction!

However, if you change your mind, the return request must be filled out online within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

The merchandise must be returned intact, without removing the anti-theft device, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages). It should be stored and, if necessary, used for the strictly necessary time to establish and verify its nature, characteristics, and size, with normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, taking care not to leave traces of makeup and/or fragrances, in compliance with the following conditions:

The right of withdrawal can be applied to the purchased product in its entirety. For the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact, clean, odorless, without removing the anti-theft device, and returned in the original packaging, complete with all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc.).

Express shipping

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer in the order within 24-72 working hours from the acceptance of the order by DHL EXPRESS worldwide, door to door. At the time of product delivery, the customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the shipping document and that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise altered, including the closure materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or information, must be immediately noted by adding a specific indication on the delivery document, which will be returned to the courier. Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 3 days from the delivery, following the procedures outlined in this document.
